Metalworking machines and components

Band saw machines is a high productive equipment, designed for  single or bundle cutting of wood, rocks and metal. Bands within the machine are located in the form of closed band line. Main element of the machine is a band saw, it is mounted on drive and tension pulley, one of which allows to rotate saw, and the other controls tension, so that saw does not slack during operation. Pulleys are located on rigid frame - saw bow. Depending on its location, machines are divided in horizontal, vertical and sloping.
