When buying marine equipment, the Customer usually agrees upon possibility of after sales service. Its main element is timely supply of SPTA when it is necessary. Preliminary planning of spare parts change allows to avoid incidents, related to their delivery from manufacturer’s storages from abroad. In case there are no necessary SPTA at the company storage, logistics department promptly connects with manufacturer’s plant and provides data on availability of required spare parts and their prices. Our service center also provides possibility of ordering emergency SPTA set at the equipment purchase.
